A notice about postponement of 2020 Spring MBA Graduation Ceremony

To prevent the spread of new coronavirus in schools,

I'd like to inform you that 2020-Spring MBA Graduation Ceremony has been postponed as follows:

1. Schedule change

- Original schedule: Feb. 15 (SAT) 10:30 a.m.

- Schedule of postponement: It will be integrated into 2020 Fall graduation ceremony in August. 

  (If you want to attend, you can attend the graduation ceremony in August.)

※ To prevent spread of the virus, individual graduation gown rental for photo shooting is not available at this time.

 
2. How to get diploma

- Visit MBA office or you can get it via post.

- Graduation certificates can be issued after the official graduation date.

Please email us follow information by 7(FRI) February :

(1) How do you want to receive your diploma and graduation souvenirs 

  : Receiving by visit or post service

(2) For those who want to get your diploma via post

  : Please email us your exact address, postal code, name and contact number.

(3) The exact English name to be inserted in your diploma (passport English name recommended)

 :  Please send us your exact English name, which will be inserted into your diploma. 

   It will be inserted as you replied (including space, small letter or capital)

   (Note that you cannot modify your name in diploma later after receiving it.)

※ Unlike graduation certificates, a diploma can be issued only once in a lifetime. In case of loss, it cannot be reissued.

     Please pay special attention to storage so that it will not be lost or damaged.
