The 2026 Dongguk University Fall Festival will be held as follows.

We kindly ask for the interest and cooperation of all Dongguk University members.

undergraduate	students on leave/completed/graduated	Issue a certificate for identity verification, then receive a ‘Confirmation Stamp’ at the Information Booth in the Student Union Building(학생회관) for admission.

Faculty and Staff	-	Receive a confirmation stamp at the 학생역량개발팀 during working hours on the day of the event.
External Visitors	Those not listed above	Purchase a ticket in advance through TALKET (https://www.talket.io/)(KRW 15,000), then present the mobile QR code on the day of the event for admission. ※ On-site ticket purchase is also available.

 ※ Enrolled Student Zone(재학생존) Access: 학부·일반대학원·전문특수대학원(MBA)·미래융합교육원·한국어교육원·듀이카 재학생

※ Enrolled Student Zone(재학생존) Access Restricted: Students on leave/completed/graduated, Faculty & Staff, and General Visitors.

To ensure the smooth operation of the festival, we kindly ask for your cooperation with the following:

  ● Use of Public Transportation

    - The campus is expected to be extremely crowded during the festival period. To prevent safety accidents, please use public transportation as much as possible.

  ● Parking Restrictions

   - Parking spaces will be reserved for the festival booths throughout the campus. Please note that general parking will be restricted.

  ● Vehicle Access Restrictions

   - Vehicle access to the campus will be restricted from 5:30 PM during the festival period. After 5:30 PM, please use the main gate parking lot and enter through the main gate.

  ● Stairs Control (Main Stadium – Sanglokwon)

   - For safety during the festival, the stairs connecting the Main Stadium to Sangrokwon will be completely closed.

  ● Understanding Regarding Noise

   - Noise may occur due to student performances.

外部人士	以上资格外	在talket（https://www.talket.io/）网站提前购买（15,000韩币）后，当天扫码入场 ※活动当天也可现场购买

 

※ 可进入"在校生专区"的人员：

本科、一般研究生院、专门／特殊研究生院、未来融合教育院、韩国语教育院、DUICA（未来融合教育院）在校生。

※ 不可进入"在校生专区"的人员：

本科休学生、结业生、毕业生、教职员工及校外人士。

为确保庆典顺利进行，恳请校内全体成员予以配合。

【使用公共交通】 - 预计庆典期间校内将非常拥挤。为预防安全事故，请尽量在庆典期间使用公共交通工具。

【地面停车场管制】 - 为确保校内各处摊位的运营空间，届时将全面限制地面停车，请提前知悉。

【车辆通行管制】 - 庆典期间，自 17:30 起校内车辆将无法通行。请于 17:30 前驶离校园，或将车辆移至正门一侧的地下停车场停放。

【大运动场－常绿园阶梯管制】 - 为保障庆典期间安全，大运动场通往常绿园（상록원）的阶梯将全面封闭，敬请谅解。

【噪音相关说明】 - 因学生们的演出可能产生噪音。将尽力减少噪音影响，也敬请各位理解。
